End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use – Apps and Games

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms of Use”) governs your use of the mobile applications (“Apps”) developed and published by Hellgeeks.com, Asad Shoaib, or under the developer account name HG-Research (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal and non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and applicable app store rules (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription details, including title, price, and duration (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly), are displayed prior to purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your account settings (Apple ID → Settings → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed. Please review it carefully.

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will not:

Use the Apps for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps.
Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Apps.
Violate intellectual property rights or distribute unauthorized copies of the Apps.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Apps (including software, graphics, design, trademarks, and content) remain the property of Hellgeeks.com, Asad Shoaib, or licensors. You are not granted any ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the Apps under this Agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, service interruptions, or failures resulting from your use of the Apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Apps.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may include integrations or content from third-party services (such as advertisements, analytics, or payment providers). Your use of these services is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
